Fact-Finding Mission to Mongolia
Dear Friend of the Swiss-Asian Chamber of Commerce,
We are very pleased to invite you to participate in our business and fact-finding mission to Mongolia from
29 May to 4 June 2015.
This delegation has no limitation, and we encourage you to make use of this unique opportunity to explore the potential Mongolia offers!
With the cost of production in Switzerland continually rising and European markets repositioning themselves, Swiss entrepreneurs are considering moving to Asia in order to benefit from vast opportunities these growing markets offer.
Attached you will find the program of the mission; some program details may still be subject to small changes. To be able to meet your expectations, we have drafted a company profile-sample for this fact finding mission, which we kindly ask you to fill in with your company details.
This profile will help us to arrange bilateral meetings with members of the local chamber of commerce, other Mongolian businessmen of interest and in particular the official meetings with the respective ministries.
We kindly ask you to fill in the attached company profile and the registration form and have sent both files back by 1stof April 2015 at the latest.
Based on your individual requirements we will be able to add further visits and individual meetings for you.
Attractive Mission Costs to Participants
1) International Flights: We have been able to secure highly preferential air fares with Turkish Airlines from Switzerland to Ulaanbaatar. However, participants can also choose to travel independently.
2) Mission costs to Mongolia: We have been able to work out the following package which includes, transfers, accommodation in four and five star hotels, and selected meals as indicated in the program.
