Developments around the coronavirus and the measures put in place by the Swiss authorities have had a profound impact on the conducting of Annual General Meetings.
In order to protect the health of our members, board members and employees, and in order to allow us to respect a maximum in participative rights, we have chosen to conduct a virtual meeting.
We herewith invite you to register for participation at the AGMs for the years 2019 and 2020 by return e- mail. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation with a specific link that will allow you to join the meeting on March 23, 2021. Please note that each link will be personal and cannot be transferred to any third party.
